Use Open-source/freeware to grab it.(i recommend www.orbitdownloader.com)
-Download it then Install.
-Open Grab++ Program,then Watch your video(note:don't close your video URL !!)
-The Video Link will be automatically added to Grab++,then simply download it with orbitdownloader.

•For Social Music (imeem,pandora,last.fm,myspace,esnips,etc):
Use FreeMusicZilla Open-source.(www.freemusiczilla.com).
